We would like to inform you that we are aware of the connection interruptions that started yesterday at 17:50 and continued intermittently.
Following detailed investigations and discussions with data center management, it has been determined that these connection problems are due to cabling work carried out by Türk Telekom between the data center and Türk Telekom. These interruptions are not due to us and are a result of this unplanned work.
We would like to express our regret that we were unable to inform you, our valued customers, in a timely manner due to the lack of prior notification of the work.
Following lengthy discussions with data center management, we have been informed that a detailed work will be carried out by the data center tonight, December 17, 2025, starting at 01:00, to permanently resolve this issue. It is anticipated that the connection problems will be completely resolved 15-20 minutes after the start of this work.
During this process and the planned work hours;
Live support will continue to be provided 24/7 via our phone line and support requests.
You will be regularly informed about every action taken on the data center side.
We kindly request that you do not perform any critical operations on your services during planned working hours to avoid being affected by possible short-term interruptions.
